Lucy Heartphilia, a mage that practices Stellar Spirit magic, is off to find and join Fairy Tail, a guild known for having the most powerful and messiest members. In the land of Fiore, she happens to meet an adolescent boy named Natsu Dragneel with a blue cat named Happy searching for a real dragon. When Lucy finds herself in trouble with a couple of pirates claiming to be mages of Fairy Tail, Natsu comes to the rescue and wrecks the place. She discovers that Natsu are not ordinary person as he eats and spits out fire from his very own mouth. He and Happy are, after all, part of the wreckless members of the guild, Fairy Tail. Lucy tags along with Natsu and Happy to the location of the guild and finally joins. She meets many new friends and along with Natsu and other characters, Lucy battles through her toughest missions.
